Great experience with Premier Restoration. We had a fire
in the middle of winter, and Joe and Brock were there quickly to immediately button up the property so snow and rain didn't further damage things. They helped us thoroughly assess the damage and navigate the claims process, after the initial Insurance assessment and payment offer from the insurance company they also helped negotiate so our insurance essentially doubled the value of repairs that would be covered! Very responsive, excellent repair work, I would recommend these guys to anyone in a similar situation!

I cannot praise the work that Premier Restoration Services does enough. The work, quality, and communication with Joe, Brock, and their staff was outstanding. We also live in W.V. so the majority of our interaction was over the phone. That & never dealing with water damage in a home caused much anxiety. However they took the worry out of all of it. They helped coordinate the work with my insurance company & kept in contact with me daily. I even called sometimes at night & on the weekends due to my work schedule & they always were polite & helpful. They were always encouraging  &  hepful with making decisions. Brock even found a few minor issues with the roof & plumbing which were not related to the water damage & offered to repair them as well. They evened wiped down & cleaned  after the restoration & repairs were completed. I would therefore without hesitation or reservation of mind recommend them & their staff. They are the very best !!!

We experienced our first home flood due to a burst pipe under the kitchen sink, which caused complete damage to both our kitchen and the basement below. It was an incredibly stressful and overwhelming situation.
Thankfully, we were referred to Brock Johnson at Premier Restoration Services, and he responded immediately—arriving at our home within a day. From the very beginning, Brock took charge of the entire process, working directly with our insurance company. Thanks to his thorough documentation and detailed assessments, everything that needed to be repaired was approved without issue. What stood out most was how seamless the entire experience felt for us. Brock handled all aspects of the logistics involved with rebuilding our kitchen and basement allowing us to focus on getting back to normal life. The reconstruction process was equally impressive—Joe and his team rebuilt our kitchen with such care and precision that you would never know a flood had occurred. Throughout the project, their communication, respect for our home, and quality of work consistently exceeded our expectations. What started as a devastating situation turned into a surprisingly smooth and positive experience.
We are incredibly grateful to Brock and Joe for their expertise, guidance, and support from start to finish. They truly were the silver lining in an otherwise difficult time.

Premier arrived early the morning after the fire and took the issue immediately at hand.  They took care of our repair throughout the process and helped us with the insurance company.  An excellent company to deal with.  Highly recommended.

We worked with Premier Restorations Services after a fire in our home that caused extensive damage.
We actually heard of them through our neighbor. Joe, the son of one of the owners, was there the night of the fire and saw that there were several other restoration companies on site and opted not to approach us that night and frankly, this played a big role in why we considered them right from the beginning. Rather than approach us during what was a highly stressful time, he opted to speak with our neighbors and gave them his card and asked them to pass it along to us. This spoke volumes to us as not all of the other restoration companies there that night exercised this restraint.
Once we talked with Brock and Joe Sr. we felt comfortable going with them for the rebuild. We really liked the fact that we would be working directly with the owners throughout the entire process.
We wanted to take the opportunity to make some layout changes and even add an addition. We took their recommendation on an architect and he was great to work with and had great suggestions. We worked with Brock on not only all of the requested changes but also settling the insurance claim with our insurance company. He worked with our adjuster and we never had any doubts that he had our best interests in mind. He made it clear from the beginning that he worked for us and not the insurance company and this was evidenced in his dealings with them.
We then worked with Joe Sr. on the actual rebuild and could not be happier with what is essentially our new home. He was responsive and communicative and his many years of building and restoring homes was evidenced by the great suggestions and advice he gave along the way.

I was introduced to Premier Restoration Services after a summer storm blew over a large poplar which landed on my house.  Joe Jr. came out the night it happened and arranged for a crane to remove the tree the following morning and once that was done he put a large tarp over the damaged area protecting my home from further damage. I was wary of someone that showed up late on a rainy night but my leap of faith in trusting him, (and maybe some desperation!) was a decision I was very happy I made.
Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the house did not fare as well. Brock walked me through the entire process and worked with my adjuster to create an estimate that was very detailed and frankly did not miss a thing. He was also very patient in answering my many questions.
Joe Sr. and his crews were all very professional. He was very responsive and always communicated what was going to be happening. I was already in the process of a kitchen re-design when the damage occurred, and Joe seamlessly integrated that into the insurance work.
The project was finished ahead of schedule and within budget.
When they asked me for a review after all the work was completed, I was more than happy to oblige.
