Northern Virginia & the Shenandoah Valley
Insurance Claims & Estimating
Detailed Xactimate estimates, on-site co-scoping with your adjuster, and documentation that gets the full scope approved.
The estimate decides what gets repaired. An estimate that misses damage leaves you paying out of pocket or living with shortcuts. We start every job by documenting the loss thoroughly and building an estimate that reflects the real cost to restore your property.
Our estimators are Xactimate Level III certified and use the same software insurance companies use. We meet your adjuster on site, walk the damage together, and support the claim with 360° imagery, precise measurements, and clear explanations. We work for you, not the insurance company.

Insurance Claims & Estimating FAQ
Questions we hear most.
01 What is Xactimate?
Xactimate is the estimating software most insurance companies use to price repairs. Because we use it too, our estimates line up with the adjuster’s, which makes differences easy to find and resolve.
02 What does it mean that you work for me, not the insurer?
We are not tied to an insurance company’s preferred-vendor program. Our job is to make sure your estimate covers everything needed to restore your property properly.
03 What if the insurance estimate is too low?
We compare it line by line with ours, provide documentation for anything missing, and work with your adjuster to resolve it. Customers have seen covered repair values increase significantly as a result.
04 Is there a cost for an estimate?
Consultations are free and there is no obligation. Call us to talk through your situation.
