Northern Virginia & the Shenandoah Valley
Reconstruction & Rebuild
Selective demolition, architect and engineer drawings, permits, and a complete rebuild managed by our project managers.
Once the claim is approved, it is time to rebuild. For our clients and project managers alike, it is the most rewarding part of the job: turning a damaged property back into a home or business.
We handle the whole process: careful demolition of damaged materials, architect or structural engineer drawings when needed, building permits, and a rebuild overseen by one of our experienced project managers. If you want to make improvements along the way, we can work those in too.

Reconstruction & Rebuild FAQ
Questions we hear most.
01 How long does a rebuild take?
It depends on the size of the loss and permitting. A single room may take a few weeks; a major fire rebuild can take several months. Your project manager will give you a realistic schedule up front.
02 Can I add upgrades or an addition during the rebuild?
Yes. We have integrated kitchen redesigns and even additions into insurance rebuilds. Upgrades are priced separately from the covered work.
03 Who will I be working with?
You will work directly with the owners and a dedicated project manager from start to finish, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
